*Use slightly lighter weights than last week

*stay light and focus on pulling under the bar into a good receiving position

STRENGTH
4 sets of:
5 (per arm) bottoms-up kettlebell press
8 dumbbell rows per arm
10 dumbbell lateral raises

Accumulate 2:30 hollow body
Accumulate 2:00 superman

MOBILITY
2:00 box stretch
1:00 each side twisted cross
