Exciting News

Some of you have already caught wind of some exciting news that relates to the future of our gym. We’ve been known as CrossFit Vero Beach for the past eight years. In that time, we’ve grown from a small garage-style gym to the human performance facility we are now.

In addition to CrossFit classes, we offer:

  • Sweat: a functional cardio-based program
  • Structure: a program to assess, address and fix imbalances and weaknesses
  • Barbell: our Olympic weightlifting program and team
  • Kids and Teens: strength and conditioning for the next generation of

    athletes

  • Personal Training
  • Nutrition Services

Because our offering is so varied and professional, we felt that “CrossFit Vero Beach” no longer reflects our evolution. Therefore, we are changing the name of our gym to Vero Strength + Conditioning.

We feel that this change will allow us to reach a wider audience, specifically those who believe CrossFit is intimidating or dangerous. “CrossFit” is a brand name for a strength and conditioning program and the quality of each gym varies from affiliate to affiliate. Our coaching staff has education and experience that extends outside of the CrossFit space and we have been working with many people who choose not to join the group classes.

First and foremost, we want to stress that

we will remain a CrossFit affiliate. We love CrossFit, the Open and most everything that this fitness revolution stands for. So, our current schedule will remain and CrossFit will still be our main training modality. Think of it as “Vero Strength + Conditioning, Home of CrossFit Vero Beach.”

We now have a new logo (the current logo still represents our affiliate) and we will be launching a new website tomorrow that will still include the daily workout (no whiteboard) and news/announcements.

If you have any questions or thoughts, we’d love to hear from you and welcome the opportunity to speak to anyone in person. Thanks for all of your support and we hope you are as excited about this change as we all are!
