Because of the New Year holiday, we have the following schedule changes this week:

Thursday, December 31 – 5, 6, 7, 9:30 and noon classes only.
Friday, January 1 – closed

We will resume our regular schedule on January 2.

50m 2-arm kettlebell front rack carries
