Short Term Goal
We are challenging all of you to pick a short-term goal to achieve by the end of the year. Choose something you almost have and work on it. Make it measurable and specific. Reach out to a trainer if you need help coming up with one.
This short-term goal may help some of you battle lack of motivation during the holidays. Let’s end 2014 on a high note and set ourselves up for many successes in 2015!
