Food Additives

Ever wonder what those preservatives and additives in processed foods really are or how they affect your system? WellnessFx published an article about 5 common ingredients, what they are, why are are in food and any possible side effects. Some of these are hard to avoid (for instance guar gum is in many brands of canned canned coconut milk), while others are easier to bypass, like high fructose corn syrup.     Hey CFVB,

    It is December now and it’s getting very close to Christmas, so the time for me has come to leave Vero Beach, Florida and the US and head back home to Germany.

    I’d like to let all of you guys know how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to call myself a member of CFVB for the past 3 months; a community of not only incredible athletes but also amazing people!

    When I first walked in, Wendy welcomed me just like a good friend would. Shortly after, I started my fundamentals with Alyssa, which was instructive and fun. From then on I was hooked and highly motivated to give my best at every workout and meet and greet all of you guys at the box.

    In the end, with the tricks and support of every single one of the coaches, I not only was able to participate at Vero Beast, which- as we all know- was a pretty awesome event- , but also reach my year end goal for 2014!

    Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to the Christmas get-together. I had no idea what to give all of you to express my gratitude…

    So I have decided to give you a “German-workout-song-playlist” that may give you the right amount of motivation and focus to hit your new PR… or it will just make you wonder wtf 😀

    Anyway, this is not a final farewell but a See you later, since I hope to come and see you all again!
