Town Hall Meeting
Don’t forget: Wednesday night, 5:30 PM, we are holding a “town hall” meeting where you can ask questions about programming, talk about your goals, etc. This will help drive our plans for the next few months, into the CrossFit Open as well as shed some light on our programming and training philosophies.
