The Basic Training Boot Camp at Vero Strength

Our boot camp will meet at 6 AM on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays for six-weeks and incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, sandbags, medicine balls and more. It will also include a nutrition clinic.
Train for life. This is not “moving for the sake of moving.” You will move with purpose and intent, under the watchful eye and instruction of your Boot Camp Leader.
