Last Call for Paleo Q&A Session

Are you coming in and giving your all to our workouts, but haven’t changed your diet? Maybe you’re drinking every night? Eating sugar and/or drinking soda? If so, you aren’t “all in.” You can’t out-train a bad diet.

If you haven’t signed up for this month’s Paleo session, email [email protected] to reserve your spot. You’ll receive some reading material prior to the class, then we will talk Paleo, I will answer your questions and I will even review your food log if you bring one.
