Reminder

Starting Monday, the afternoon classes will be rescheduled to 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 PM.

Another note on the time change. The 4:30 PM class will be getting started as the Teens and Kids classes are still going on. Please be respectful of the little buggers and stay out of their way when you warm-up, set up for your workout, etc.

    Now there’s a great idea for a t shirt. Very yin and yang the way the girls are juxtaposed on the bar. Nice form ladies.
