7 Russian Kettlebell swings
Trainer Led barbell warm-up

BARBELL
7 x 1 Low Hang (below knee) Power Snatch 55-70%

LEG POWER/STRENGTH WORK
2 Rounds with 3 Minute Rest Between:
5 High Box Jumps
Max effort Sandbag Squats
**Choose a load that allows for 20+ sandbag squats

PULLING STRENGTH WORK
3 sets of:
10 Dumbbell bicep curls each arm
10 Supinated Bar Rows

MIDLINE
300 Meter Sandbag Carry

 Aerial Antics 

Looking something to do tonight or tomorrow night? The Vero Beach Recreation Department’s 43rd Annual Aerial Antics Youth Circus will be held Friday and Saturday at 7 PM at St. Edwards School. Tickets are $8 for adults and $7 for kids and seniors. They can be purchased at Leisure Square of Riverside Racquet Complex.

Long-time gym member Patty Howard produces this show each year and she truly puts her heart and soul into it, so go support if you can!
