Southeast Classic

We will be bringing a team to this year’s Southeast Classic weightlifting meet in Orlando. Last year, we fielded a team of ten weightlifters with a wide variety of age, experience,

and ability. Whether you are someone who loves to lift, wants to improve,

or just enjoys competing this meet represents a great opportunity to dial

in on your weightlifting training with a goal in mind.

This is a great time of year to develop your weightlifting technique and strength and with the Vero Beast five weeks removed from this meet you will have plenty of time to ramp up those engines post-competition. Interested individuals please contact Coach Liz at for more information.


ATTENTION: No Yoga this Saturday. We will resume next week!

Workout of the Day
3 sets:
1000 m ski
500 m row
250 m run
*3 minute rest between sets
*Pace sets at 80%; times for each should be consistent

2 sets:
10 quadruped rotations with band assistance
10 foam roll up wall
