2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Chipper

For time:
10 Overhead squats (155 / 105 lbs)
10 Box jump overs (24” / 20” box)
10 thrusters, (135 / 95 lbs)
10 Power cleans (205 / 125 lbs)
10 Toes to bar
10 Burpee muscle-ups
10 Toes to bar
10 Power cleans (205 / 125 lbs)
10 thrusters, (135 / 95 lbs)
10 Box jump overs (24” / 20” box)
10 Overhead squats (155 / 105 lbs)

Movement standards:
– Overhead squat – squat depth must be below parallel and knees and hips open at top of rep; you may squat snatch first rep
– Box jump overs – you can jump all the way over the box without touching it or you can jump on top first, then over.
– Thrusters – full depth front squat to overhead press; arms, hips and knees are open at top of rep; you may squat clean first rep
– Power Cleans – each rep must touch ground and end in a full, upright position with elbows in front of bar and hips and knees open
– Toes to Bar – any part of BOTH feet must come in contact with the bar
– Burpee Muscle-ups – go from a burpee (thighs and chest make contact with ground) into a muscle-up (no need to clap first). MU does not need to be from a fully-locked out/turned out position at bottom. Lock out at top.
