Member Spotlight – Chelsea Fidgeon
Wrapping up August with one more spotlight, this time dedicated to Chelsea who has been at CFVB for four years. If you are an early bird, you know Chelsea as the blazing-fast runner who shows up to throw down regularly at 5 AM. Despite early hours as a teacher with a demanding schedule, she makes no excuses when it comes to her fitness. We have witnessed Chelsea grow from a newbie lifter to a really strong chick! She’s always got a great attitude and is completely coachable. She’s even in a great mood when she strolls in long before the sun comes up!

Favorite CrossFit movement or workout-Its easier for me to name the ones I don’t like-Handstand Push-ups and Overhead Squats

Hobbies-Besides CrossFit, I enjoy running, I did my first full marathon last year. In the remainder of my free time I like paddle boarding, playing with my dog, and spending time with friends and family.
Little known fact-After college I spent a year living in Lake Tahoe CA where I worked at a conference center leading hikes in the mountains and lived in a cabin built by John Steinbeck. I also have different color eyes, its hard to tell when I walk in at 4:40 am because my eyes are barely open.

Minute 5 – 8 burpee box jumps
