Workout of the Day:

AMRAP in 15 minutes of –
15 wall balls
20 double unders
1 rope climb

Midline: 3 sets of max effort toes-to-bar, rest 1 minute between sets

    I was told today that Sarah is leaving us to go back to school in Boston. We will miss you and look forward to you coming in to visit us at CrossFit when you come to town for the holidays. Good luck in school.
