Bye, Ya'll

Rob and I are headed west to meet Roger and Sally in Montana. We will try to get a good wilderness WOD in while we're there!

Be good to all the trainers while we're gone. And, for the love of God, clean up after yourselves.

    #2 on the white board says to put your equipment away and throw your trash before leaving the gym. Hey I didn’t write it.

    20 penalty burpees for those who don’t put away their stuff! Have fun Rob and Wendy. Go full-on caveman up there and let Rob loose on some grass fed meat.
