Why You Aren't Losing Fat

I came across an excellent article about what factors prevent you from losing fat.

In a nutshell, it has to do with diet, sleep, not lifting heavy and doing too much cardio. That's right TOO MUCH CARDIO and you won't be lean. We all know of endurance athletes with a gut, despite the fact that they log in miles and miles per week. We also know of people who work out so they can "eat whatever they want" and they look like they eat whatever they want!

So, for those of you who only attend classes when we have longer WODs and don't come in on lift days…for the people who just won't change their diet…and for the ones who don't focus on getting enough rest, THIS ARTICLE is for you.
