Nutrition Seminar
Don’t forget about our nutrition seminar coming up on September 10 from 9 AM to 3 PM (with a 1-hour lunch). The seminar will be conducted by Jason Phillips, who is my nutrition coach. He is focused on health and performance first and foremost, and works with everyone from recreational CrossFitters to professional athletes. This is a
great opportunity, as he really knows his stuff! So, plan on attending for the day and bring your questions.
