Back to School Workout – CrossFit Kids

To kick off back-to-school, we are holding a free CrossFit Kids workout on Saturday, August 23 at 10:30 AM.

CFVB Members: bring your kids, age 4-11. Your child is more than welcome to bring a buddy, too!
