Lots of people are talking about signing up, but many have yet to pull the trigger. The Master's Men category, however, is heating up…Joe J vs. Lonnie vs. Chris H so far!
By signing up to compete, you will establish a short term goal. For the next month, you will focus on your weaknesses, improve your eating, etc. In the end, you will be glad you did it.
Our goal with this event isn't to crush you guys. We are writing well-balanced WODs and tests that will challenge you and also be a ton of fun!
