Attendance at the Friday night yoga class has been sparse the last two weeks. So this is a reminder to attend and “use it or lose it.”

Because Friday night may be a tough time, we are going to try a Saturday class. Starting next Saturday, April 16, and for the next few Saturdays, we will try a 10 AM session. 

We will give both sessions a shot for

a few weeks and see which, if any, we should keep.

We are really lucky to have such a great instructor available to us and yoga is a great complement to CrossFit, so I hope you will make a habit of attending.

Two sets, each for time of:
Row 8 sets :20 on/:10 off (for meters)
rest 4 minutes
Skierg 8 sets :20 on/:10 off (for meters)
rest 4 minutes
*:20 is HARD effort, :10 is total rest 

Skill work: rope climb or work on goal
