WOD 3 of the CrossFit Open has posted. Everyone looking for heavier weight should be happy with this one!

Everyone will get to experience this WOD on Saturday. Registered competitors: be ready at 9 AM. If you have a conflict with that time, please let us know and we will get a judge at a different time.

Athletes and judges: Make sure you review the video below prior to Saturday. If you aren't looking forward to this heavier weight or the movement, remeber: it's five minutes of your life. Let do this!
