Introducing…the CFVB Store

We are offering a small selection of high-quality products at the gym now. These are all things we’ve tested and/or currently take. The products include:

Progenex Recovery – Post-workout whey protein and amino acids

Progenex More Muscle – BCAAs and whey protein to build muscle mass

Progenex Cocoon – Casein protein to build muscle/assist recovery, tryptophan to help you sleep/recover

Progenex Force pre-workout drink, Creatine, BCAAs, caffeine to fuel your workout

Extreme Endurance – Supplement to reduce lactic acid and improve aerobic threshold during workouts.

Rx Bar – 100% Paleo energy bar

Here’s how it will work.

To purchase products, I must have your credit card on file. You will write down your name and the products purchased on the form provided in the “store” and we will charge cards at the end of each week. We want to avoid leaving the class/stopping coaching to make change, etc., so we are hoping this process works best. You may also pay with a check, but you must still write down what you took so we can report our sales tax, take items out of inventory, etc.

We hope this will be a convenient option. If you have any questions, suggestions or requests, please let us know.

1.) I never said claimed everything in the store was Paleo

2.) If your diet is dialed in, you can benefit from things like high-quality, easily-digestible protein to help you recover and build muscle.

3.) If our athletes are getting supplements from somewhere, I want to be able to provide them with the best quality out there.
