Hydration

It seems like summer just hit us overnight! With this heat and humidity it’s more important than every to stay hydrated.

As a general rule, drink half of your body weight in ounces daily. So, if you weight 150 lbs, that would be 75 ounces each day. Add another 20 ounces for each hour of exercise.

And water is great for hydration – skip the sugary sports drinks!
