BARBELL
5 sets of the following complex:
1 squat clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 power position squat clean + 2 front squats + 1 split jerk

ALETRNATE BARBELL
3 power cleans from power position + 2 front squats

STRENGTH
3 sets of:
6 KB front rack lunges
5 KB front rack squats
6 KB front rack lunges

GYMNASTICS & MIDLINE
5 strict handstand push ups (scale with push ups)
:30 hollow body
:15 chin-over-bar hold

Now that the Open is over, we are continuing to offer the free barbell class on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM. Note: we also have one on Thursdays at 5:30 PM, giving you two opportunities to hone those skills!
