Sleep

We’ve harped many a time on the importance of sleep. The link to the podcast below is dedicated to the subject of sleep – Dr. Krik Parsley goes into great detail on the subject.

One big takeaway about alcohol consumption is that it messes with your sleep architecture, i.e. it doesn’t allow you to get short wave sleep. That means you don’t recover, you don’t get the testosterone release, it ages you, etc.

Listen to this podcast while you are working at your desk or dedicate an hour of full attention to it. It may make you change your habits and, in turn, your life.
