Never Out of the Fight
This week only, we will be selling “Never Out of the Fight” t-shirts to raise money for the Navy Seal Museum & Trident House, which provides a place of temporary rest & relaxation to wounded Seals, Navy, Marines, Army & Air Force).
Shirts are $25 (includes tax)
Colors:  Black with Red Lettering & Design OR Gray with Black Lettering & Design (see below)
Unisex Sizes: SM, Med, LG, XL, XXL
Quantities are limited, so reserve yours ASAP!
Bring either cash or a check made out to “Earn It Fitness.” You will receive your shirts by the end of the week.
Workout of the Day
5 sets, untimed, of
3 weighted strict pull-ups, as heavy as possible (if using bands, make it challenging)
– rest 45 seconds
5 weighted push-ups (chest to deck, full lock out, plate on back)
– rest 3 minutes

Three sets, each for time of:
150 m prowler push 95/50
20 Russian KB swings 55/35
– rest as needed between sets:50
Midline – 3 sets of:
Accumulate 1 minute in a hollow body hold
10 tempo back extensions (3-count up/3-count down)
