Plan for the Open

Both #5 and #6 were announced. Your results for #5 must be submitted and validated by this Sunday; #6, the following Sunday. Here is how we are going to roll for the rest of the Open WODs.

Saturday, April 23 – Open WOD #5 will be our workout of the day
Tuesday, April 26 – Open WOD #6 will be our workout of the day

If you are a registered competitor and you are unable to make it in those days, please schedule a time to do the WOD with a judge. The same applies if you are doing re-dos.

On Saturday, April 30, some of us are competing at the Florida Throwdown at the Orlando Convention Center. This also happens to be the same weekend as the online Throwdown Series. So, we will designate Thursday, April 28 for the online series WOD.

    My goodness! April is definitely ending with a bang!
    Wendy, I see that there is a designated day for wod 6 and the online throwdown but is there a recommended time you would like us to do it on those days if we are competing? Just trying to plan accordingly 🙂

  2. The last WOD is an AMRAP in 7 minutes, so it will be easy to do heats if there is one trainer and multiple competitors. Most classes have at least once trainer around.
    For the Thorwondown Series, we will designate a class or two since we have to videotape it.
