We Made It

The Open is officially over. A big congratulations goes out to the CFVB athletes that put it all on the line and completed all 5 workouts. We had some great moments!

This was definitely the most skill-based and heavy Open to date, so BIG high-five to you all.  Now, it’s back to business – more lifts, more skill.

Don’t forget to set a quarterly goal. We are looking forward to seeing you all grow into better athletes!
