Spotlight – Dolf Kahle
Dolf has been at CFVB more than half the time we’ve been open – four years! He’s always been an accomplished athlete and an overachiever; so CrossFit has been a perfect fit for him, as he gets to throw himself into mastering dozens of movements and is constantly challenged.
Dolf has competed in the CrossFit Open over the past several years and always ranks in the top 15 percent worldwide. His success can be largely attributed to the fact that he is very intense, strategic and hard-working. Dolf always asks for and listens to advice and can be found regularly working on skills and mobility. Dolf NEVER half-asses anything. (I think he even foam rolls for time!)
He’s super upbeat and has been a great supporter over the years in and out of the gym! Here’s more on Dolf…
