chEAT Day – The Workout
As you all know, chEAT Day will kick off with a cardio-based benchmark workout at all classes on Saturday, April 29. It will be a partner workout and we’ve listed the movements below so that you can find your partner and figure out if you will complete the workout scaled or Rx.
Note: partner teams can be male-male, female-female or male-female. And all work will be split EVENLY.
