CharityWOD – Teams

Don’t forget: the deadline to sign up as a

girl/boy team for CharityWOD is April 23. We’ve got a fun workout planned

for three divisions: Rx, Masters and Scaled. 100% of the entry fees will be donated to our benefitting charity, I AM ADAPTIVE. The minimum donation per team is $40. Please make checks payable to I AM ADAPTIVE.

I can’t “sell” this event enough. All levels can participate and it is great fun, even if you’re not the competitive type. Think of it as just another fun partner workout. Plus, it’s for a

great cause – win-win!

CharityWOD – The Charity

This year, we have chosen I AM ADAPTIVE as

our benefitting charity. This non-profit has been very active in the CrossFit community and is headquartered in Port St. Lucie. Sam Whitley, CFVB athlete, sits on their board.

The mission of I AM ADAPTIVE is to educate, socialize & mobilize the adaptive & veteran communities. We will even have some of their athletes at CharityWOD to participate. It will be a very powerful and inspiring event!

So, let’s raise some money for this worth cause. Even if you aren’t doing the workout, please consider making a donation.

21 cal ski erg
15 burpees to a plate
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups

3 sets:
8 stir the pot
10 hollow rocks holding PVC
:30 plank
