Fresh Meal Plan Here Tomorrow 

Chasity from Fresh Meal Plan will be at CFVB during the afternoon classes

Tuesday. She can answer any questions regarding this meal delivery service, sign people up and you can also sample the food.

We already have around 30 people that take advantage of Fresh Meal Plan, many of which have lost weight and gotten healthier. It’s super convenient and cost-effective and is available to non-CFVB members, too.

if you’re interested, come by during the 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm classes Tuesday to check it out.

Barbell warm-up

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
5 Squat cleans from power position @ 50-60%

5 sets of: 3 strict press + 4 push press

3 sets of:
10 KB front rack lunges
10 Dumbbell Single-leg Romanian Deadlifts (see video below)
