3 days to go!

We are three days out from Fight Gone Bad. Here's a final update:

EVERYONE: WE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY FOR FIGHT GONE BAD!

COMPETITORS: arrive at Harbor City CrossFit by 8:45 AM at the latest. Make sure you get a good warm-up before your heat. Heats will be assigned that day. The plan is to have five lanes (2 men, 2 women and a scaled lane) and up to 5 people in a lane.

A word of advice to competitors: take a rest day on Friday so you are fresh for the event. This is more of a fundraiser/fun event that a hardcore competition, but I am sure you want to have a stellar performance. 

If you plan on raising money, make sure your donors donate online by the end of the day on Friday. Only those who raise $150 or more get an official t-shirt mailed to them after the event.

SPECTATORS: If you would like to attend to watch and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters, please feel free to do so. Start time is scheduled for 9 AM. I have directions to Harbor City CrossFit printed out.

Workout of the Day
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

Record all reps for all rounds

    Sorry I missed you this morning. I messed up my hip at coed last night and had shooting pain when I got up to come to Crossfit this morning. With our tourney starting at Disney tomorrow morning, I am hoping taking today for rest will allow me to play. This sucks!

    Just when you think your hands are healing BAM…more pull ups!
    You did fantastic this morning Wendy! If you did that well with a bum shoulder and back I can only imagine how you would of done 100% healthy.
    Super job to everyone else too. Everyone is improving so much and getting really strong 🙂

    Dude Im sooo bummmed I will have to miss Sat.. I been signed up and waiting what 2 months for it and now I have back issues… Doc appt in the AM hopefully this is minor..Like my pops said If your going to be dumb you better be tuff…
